Refund Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies only to purchases of IPTV Deluxe made directly through our website or Windows application and processed by Paddle. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the refund rules of the store where the purchase was made.

2. Direct and Windows Purchases

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible, your request must include enough information for us or Paddle to identify the transaction, such as the email address used at checkout or your Paddle transaction details.

Refunds after 14 days are generally not provided, except where required by applicable law or where the Service is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund a charge already made. If an accidental renewal occurs, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request based on when it was made, use of the Service after renewal, and any rights provided by applicable law.

4. Apple App Store and Google Play Purchases

Apple and Google control billing and refunds for purchases made through their stores. We cannot issue those refunds directly. Please request a refund through Apple or Google using the account that completed the purchase. Their eligibility rules and decision will apply.

5. How to Request a Refund

For a purchase processed by Paddle, contact us at info@iptvdeluxe.app. Include the email address used for the purchase, the transaction or order number if available, and a brief explanation of the request. You may also use the support link in your Paddle receipt.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Paddle, your payment provider, and your bank.

6. Abuse and Statutory Rights

We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund activity. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law. Where local law provides more favorable rights, those rights will apply.
