Prices may change with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance
Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

6. Content and Intellectual Property

IPTV Deluxe does not provide any content. All content accessed through the application comes from third-party sources configured by the user. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access any content viewed through the application. The IPTV Deluxe application itself, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL IPTV DELUXE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IPTV Deluxe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
